대한민국이 주도하는 SOiVA(대표 김상용, Service Oriented Interactive Value Application)는 VMS(Value Management System)방식으로 Global New Value Chain 을 구축하고 글로벌 민간주도 PPP(public private partnership) 컨소시엄을 구성하기 위해, 호놀룰루에 글로벌 디지털 뱅크(Global Digital SOC Currency Bank) 설립을 추진한다고 알려왔다.
SOiVA사는 보도자료를 통해 지난 8월16일 하와이를 방문한 소이바(SOiVA) 김상용 회장은 “호놀룰루와 하와이 카운티 시 정부 모두 SOiVA와 Global Digital SOC 거래은행 설립에 협력하기로 합의했다”고 밝혔다.
SOiVA는 전세계 주요 도시들에 전문 멘토링 교육센터를 설립, 지역기반 일자리를 창출하고, 지역기반 은행 및 기업들과 파트너쉽 을 추진할 예정으로 하와이 사례로서 Sustainable Energy Hawaii (하와이 에너지협회) 와 글로벌 디지털 SOC Currency Bank 설립 협력 파트너십을 체결했다.
글로벌 민간주도 PPP(public private partnership) 플랫폼기반을 제공하는 SOiVA의 Global New Value Chain 경제는 특허권자-생산자-중개자-판매자-구매자-PAYER-End User 간의 상용구조로, 기존 오프라인 및 온라인 경제영역을 침범하지 않고, SOiVA의 VMS(Value Management System) 별도 방식으로 Seven Classification (7영역)의 일자리 제공을 가능케 한다.
기존 오프라인 기반 경제는 판매자-구매자 간의 거래로 Two Classification (2영역) 일자리 제공에 그치고, 기존 온라인 기반 경제는 판매자-중개자-구매자 간의 거래로 Three Classification (3 영역) 일자리를 제공하는데 국한되어 있다.
SOiVA는 글로벌 SOC 프로젝트를 통해 PPP (public private partnership) 파트너쉽을 제공하는 실물경제 플랫폼이다.
김상용회장은 “기존 기업인터넷뱅크(Private Internet Bank), 혹은 기존 블록체인 기반 코인 토큰 등의 가상화폐 플랫폼과도 운영구조와 체계가 완전히 다르다”고 밝혔다.
Establishment of the Global Digital SOC Currency Bank in Hawaii announced
On August 16, SOiVA (Service Oriented Interactive Value Application) signed an agreement with the President of Sustainable Energy Hawaii to begin collaborative operations in Hawaii, in efforts to create a Public-Private Partnership consortium and establish the Global Digital SOC Currency Bank in Honolulu, Hawaii.
SOiVA Chairman Sang-Young Kim was invited by the Honolulu City Councilmember Calvin Say, and both Honolulu City and Hawaii County Governments will cooperate with SOiVA. SOiVA is a Global New Value Chain Operation based on the Value Management System and will open professional mentoring and training centers in major cities, create regional based jobs and promote partnerships with regional banks, financial institutions, government agencies, NGO and corporations.
SOiVA’s Global New Value Chain Economy system provides a global private-led PPP Platform base; a commercial network between patent holders-producers-intermediaries-sellers-buyers-payer-end users. In addition, SOIVA’s VMS (Value Management System) method enables the provision of jobs in Seven Classifications, compared to the Two Classifications of existing offline-based economy between sellers and buyers, or the Three Classification areas of the online-based economy between sellers, intermediaries and buyers.
